He was instrumental to the growth and success of Union Kitchen, and advised dozens of consumer packaged goods startups through their Accelerator program.
He is the co-author of Perfect Coffee at Home. His work has appeared in The New York Times, The Atlantic, and on National Public Radio, among other outlets.
He served four years as a Marine infantry officer and Embedded Team Leader with the Afghan National Army.
